non-stop editing

Me and Billie spent our lunch time editing. We managed to do quite a lot and add in effects which was really fun. We got to see different types of edits to put on and effects such as mirroring and tiling.

I've notice that Slideshare has slightly merged my paragraphs and pictures together, but here is what I wrote:

For the first two pictures - When adding in effects it is very important to remember each number of every specific : Brightness, Threshold, contrast and etc. The main effects we used were ‘BLOOM’ and ‘DAZZLE’. These had specific numbers to them, so we had to make sure we did them all the same and correctly. It was quite a fiddly task and maybe took longer than expected but it was worth the outcome for the video!

The second set of pictures - Some other effects that we added to the Music video was Mirroring and tiling. The tiling effect looks really effective and although in our storyboard we didn’t initially have the idea , when we tried it out it look really well! So we knew we had to keep it. The same goes for he Mirroring , we have used it in quite a few places but not too much, we don’t want to over do it. But our genre being Dub-step I think the combo goes nicely.
