Dubstep Research Track Compilation - Top 10.

The music video's song.

As an add-on from my last post, I've been researching songs that could make a good video, and fit the mood board. The group all agreed that we want a dubstep song, and so I've found 10 songs that are dubstep with female vocals. It took a lot of time, effort and researching to find these, so I hope it pays off and we still have enough time to change our song, if the group like any of these.

While this song IS remixed by Bassnectar, he remixed it FOR Ellie Goulding and performs it with her in the U.K. It's on HER album and so I think it classifies as a U.K artist, since Ellie Goulding is British.

Feed Me is a dubstep artist from Birmingham that often uses female vocals. While I don't like this one as much as the first, it has potential.

This song is a little bouncier but I believe it can still fit the mood board with the beat drop. Foamo is from High Wycombe.

I really love this one. I think it's edgy and fits the mood board perfectly. The visuals could get really interesting with this, although there's a lot of time in between vocals. Vex'd is another artist from Bristol.

Old but gold. As we all know, Flux Pavillion are a much loved member of UKF dubstep. This has the potential to fit the mood board if we film it right, and it's a very pretty song.

This is a great one. Cutline is from Bristol, and this song has really got that night time feel that put up in our mood board. The vocals are also beautiful. Great potential for a music video, although it is quite long.

Absolutely fantastic. If this list was in order of my favourites, this would probably be #3. Skit is a DJ from our very own London town, and the vocals in this fit PERFECTLY with the mood board. The length is average for a song and it's just excellent.

Ironic of course because it's Katy B, but this song in particular has a lot more edge and a lot more going on with it than "On a Mission". Lots of potential here.

This song has got a really nice orbital feel to it. With our night tiny city scape mood board, I think this track would fit really well. Neutralize is from Doncaster and Culture Code is from Bristol, so we know we're definitely fine with this one's rights!

Another member of the much loved UKF team, Doctor P has remixed this incredible, edgy beat that would go ridiculously well with our mood board. It's up beat yet moody and quirky, and definitely wants to see those British night-lights. Two thumbs up, I'd rank this #4 on my list if it were in order.
