Audience Research

Before we produce an audience profile i done a little research just to help when we do come to producing it.

Media producers spend a lot of time and money researching into their target audience. They want to be able to promote the artist and music as best they can. I have started some research into audience and i will add as i find out more!

I visited the artist Shrillex's website who is the most famous Dub step artist. It is modern and well designed.

As you can see the site was under construction so most of the website was things to buy such as albums, they are all for download and this would mostly appeal to an audience between 15-30 I then went into merchandise and found that there are a few designs for the new iPhone cases, this a long with the albums tell me that the audience is going to be on the young side.
