Finding a Studio!!

We are searching around for a studio which we will be able to use for filming, but on our budget. We have looked for specific filming studio's but they all seem to be more costly.

We came up with the idea of using a gym room as it would have good mise-en-scene. The problem with this though is lighting and our group feels that lighting is a huge part of making this video work.
