After picking the song, I realised that I in fact didn't know much about our artist. Because SKIT isn't an established artist he isn't very well known. But I did some research into him and found out a couple more things about him.
TADAA......he has a Facebook page. And on this Facebook page he has over 2000 LIKES!
He also has a 'Free download' Tab within his Facebook page which I think is very cool, because for new fans ( LIKE ME) or even existing fans it will be very easy for us to listen to his music and especially because it's free. This is one of the things I was talking about how the music industry has changed and how Artists can now promote themselves very easily. SKIT also has a 'LISTEN' tab (next to 'Message) again making it so easy for us to reach his music
He also has his own SoundCloud where he uploads all his tracks.
And within his SoundCloud is more information about him and how to get in touch with ( this is how we got his email for copy right clearance) . It also has links to his Facebook page.
