Problems and the likes.
Here, I've decided to make a list of problems already encountered, as well as some problems we may run into, in order to be able to combat them in case we do, and provide solutions before the issue even arises.
Problems already:
1. Studio filming!

2. Filming in the half term.
We're having a little problem working out a shedule in which to film, because most people in the group have things they need to do, and the timings of these things are conflicting one another. I'm sure we can find a time that everyone can meet and get it sorted though.
3. Tripod permits.
A lot of our locations are landmarks in London, and we were told that if we use a tripod for this we will be stopped and asked for a permit, because apparantly the tripod stand is similar to that of a sniper. The problem with this is that a filming permit is expensive and we probably won't be able to get one any time soon. Thing is, we need our tripod because we're doing a time lapse (filming about an hour of continuous footage so we can speed it up and show the changes of a long period of time in a short time frame) and we cannot hold a camera still for an hour. We were pretty set on having this for the intro sectioin of our video as it's a common occurrence in music videos and it would fit the whole "nightlife" theme of our video if we watching light decending into darkness and the lights coming on. So we'll need to go down there before and see if we can't ask about it. Otherwise, we'll just have to try our luck and hope for the best.
4. Trocadero arcade.
We've heard that we need permission to film in the arcade, as a few friends were tried before and weren't even allowed inside with the camera. The problem with this is that we've got the contact number of the arcade but they're simply not picking up. We've heard stories that the arcade has even closed down, but the website doesn't show anything about this at all. This is quite a big problem. We'll have to research other arcades for a back-up plan.
Problems that may occur:
Solution: Making sure we've got fully charged spares every time we go out.
- Rain inconsitency.
Solution: figuring out a plan B rain-incorporation scene so that we've got a part where raining is actually part of the video. An umbrella, too.
- Winter darkness filming times.
Solution: We'll have to carefully watch how quickly it becomes dark and time how long we've got. Luckily, a lot of our video relies on darkness for the lights of London to be turned on, but we have to double check this.
- My absense.
Solution: Since I am the artist, it's vital I be on-set as often as I can, which I will be. But if I should fall ill, my group members will have to use themselves for the "extra footage" scenes where body parts are used rather than face or artist imagine. It's inconsistence but a solution all the same.
I'm sure if we get over all of these problems, we'll be on the fly for making this music video 40/40 quality.
